How soon could I see results
with ZURZUVAE® (zuranolone)?

In a clinical study, women taking ZURZUVAE experienced symptom relief as early as day 3.

ZURZUVAE 50 mg was studied in women with PPD whose symptoms started in the third trimester or within 4 weeks of delivery in a 6-week trial. During the trial, patients took either ZURZUVAE or placebo for 14 days, and were followed up for another 4 weeks. Significantly greater PPD symptom improvement was demonstrated at Day 3, Day 15 (the primary endpoint), and Day 45 compared to placebo, using a standard depression rating scale.

Can I take ZURZUVAE with my
current antidepressant
medication?

Yes. ZURZUVAE can be taken either alone or added to an oral antidepressant. Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Especially tell your healthcare provider if you take antidepressants, opioids, or CNS depressants such as benzodiazepines.

What happens if I miss a dose
of ZURZUVAE?

If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time. DO NOT take extra capsules to make up for the missed dose. Keep taking ZURZUVAE 1 time each day until you complete the rest of your 14-day treatment course.

Does ZURZUVAE need to be
taken with food?

Yes. Take ZURZUVAE 1 time each day with foods that have fat in them. Talk to your healthcare provider for food ideas and guidance, and tell them about any food allergies you may have. Get more information about how to take ZURZUVAE
